Shipping information
We offer 4-7 business days free shipping.
Majority of orders will arrive between 2-3 days, but for rare instances, please allow 5 days. Furthermore you will receive your order 2-3 days from the date that the order is shipped out, and not the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can take up to a day to process the order. Also note that order processing excludes weekends and holidays.

Berness is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses or wrong item/size selections made during checkout. However, customers are always welcome to use our free exchange service.
To ensure the efficient and fast shipping for all customers:
- Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been placed.
- Once submitted, orders are immediately queued for fulfillment and cannot be stopped or changed.
- We are unable to reroute or redirect shipments to a different address after the order is placed.
Please note that we always strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible to ensure the highest quality of fulfillment service. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you're welcome to take advantage of our free exchange service.

Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Shoes showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for return.
- Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
- Click the Start Return button below.
- Follow the on-page instructions to complete your return request. You will need your order number and email address to get started.
Prepare the Package
- Place the unused shoes back in their original packaging (shoe box), and then secure the shoe box inside a separate shipping box or package.
- Important: Do not directly affix the return label to the shoe box. If the return label is placed directly on the shoe box, the item will be marked as damaged, and no refund will be issued.
Ship Your Return
After completing the return process, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label. Print the label and attach it to the outer shipping box (not the shoe box). Drop the package off at the nearest shipping carrier location.

Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for a different size or color. The return shipping label is free for exchange orders. Please note that exchanges are limited to one per paid order.
Store Credit
Returning for store credit is the fastest way to get a refund and shop with us again. A return label is provided free of charge for store credit returns.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
- Note: A $9.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product. Exchange or Store Credit Refund will be free from return shipping labels.
International Returns
We currently do not accept international returns.
Out of Continental U.S. Returns
We do not accept returns from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or military base addresses.
Damages and Issues
